The 5th generation Ford Mondeo began to enter the European markets in 2015. In the USA, it has been produced since 2012 under the name Fusion. Therefore, we can say that this model was sold all over the world in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. During this time, the car was restyled twice. In our material you will find a description of the fuse blocks and relays of the Ford Mondeo 5 (USA Fusion). We will show the location of the blocks and their diagrams with photo examples of execution. We will separately highlight the fuses responsible for the cigarette lighter and tell you how to find out the factory code from the door for keyless access to the interior.

Please note that the number of elements in the blocks and their purpose may differ from yours and depends on the year of manufacture, equipment level and country of delivery. Check the purpose with your diagram on the back of the protective cover.
Cabin block
It is located on the instrument panel on the left side and is connected to the BCM (body control module). For comfortable access, you need to remove part of the protection.

How to find out the code from the door
4 ways to find out the factory code from the door (KEY CODE):
- Check the code in the documents on a separate card;
- You can find out the code if you have two keys with the car. Insert the first key, turn on the ignition (but do not start the car), hold for 4 seconds, remove the key, insert the second and do the same. The factory code will appear on the dashboard;
- If the previous two items are not present, then the factory code can be found under the fuse block on the back;
- Calculate from a computer using a diagnostic cable.

Block under the hood
It consists of 2 compartments and is located on the left side, next to the rack and covered with a protective cover.
